This hotel very bad and not clean and they don't speak English only few people can understand what we want They give me room and floor no smoking but all room was smoking Wi-Fi its very slow .breakfast so bad .I stay on this hotel only because his very close to fabric market.

The room is nice, modern and comfortable like Chinese hotels can be. Same for the bathroom. The cleanliness of the room could do with improvements. Dirty carpet. The worse is the mould in the sink. Wide cm’s of it. The room feels a bit smokey and stuffy. Ordered a plain pasta tomato sauce for room service. The sauce tasted and looked like it came out of a can.

Had stayed here this month with my cousin for a Canton Fair Visit..Located in Haizhu district near a small river..Rooms are huge , comparatively to the rates they charge..I liked its Free Canton Shuttle service for Buyers every morning from 8.30 to 9.30 and from 5.30 to 6.30 back home..Service is average..Pacific coffee outlet is in just outside the hotel for a good morning refreshments..Bathrooms are clean and swanky..Just bit of a language issue as staff dont necessarily understand proper English..Spa was good and very very economical..Good views can be seen from higher floors..

Where do I start? We chose this place as we didn’t have much choice as we attended both phase 1 and phase 2 of the Canton Fair. This place was our hotel for week 2. The hotel has nothing remotely close to it, nothing but people shuffling textiles day and night on motorbikes, trikes, small trucks etc. we wanted to find something to eat the night we got there and walked around the hotel and streets, we were way out of place. They don’t have a little store, it’s abandoned and used as storage space and clutter now. The place wreaked of smoke, the carpets are old and soiled, chandeliers are dusty and grimy. The people are unfriendly,internet (only WiFi) is very poor and slow speeds. Kept getting disconnected and there is no hardwired Ethernet capabilities. It’s attached to what appears to be an abandoned mall with just a few places still operating out of it. The beds are hard as hell, the filth is bad (just look at the pics). The safe in the room wasn’t even bolted down, meaning someone could actually pick it up and walk out with it. The pool was not open, the bathrooms had mold in the shower, toilet and sink.... They provide (for a fee sex toys and condoms, oils etc and yet on their cover page in their own book they welcome you but warn you of scams, prostitution etc right on their own welcome to our hotel page. The breakfast is horrible they can’t even give it away! We were hungry but chose to take a long drive to eat in better hotels by the Fair. Seriously, how in the world does this place have the reviews it does is beyond me. Please look at the pics and decide for yourself.

I traveled to Guangzhou for few days to attend fabric market. Location is convenient, not far from the market. Room was large but carpet needs cleaning as well as the bathroom that was showing signs of the mold. Restaurant inside of the hotel is terrible. Breakfast is important when you travel, I only tried onece and never went back. Food is old, cold, not many food options, coffee is terrible. I ended up having granola bars that I brought as a back up from USA with coffee in my room. Coffee shop next door is not open till later in a day. Restaurant connected to the same building on a 6th floor- Guangzhou was good option for dinner. Not sure if I come back again.
